This review is not about an actual service I received...but a 5-star recognition to a NY Suburban employee who I had the privilege to speak with over the phone. His name was Dean. I moved to Florida from NY eleven years ago. This past month I experienced for the first time...two types of pests...Dry Wood Termites and thanks to a construction project next door...German Cockroaches. Florida, along with insects, has more exterminating companies than you can imagine. This was a first for me...so I invited several companies to get estimates. Wow...everyone had a different opinion and different prices. I was inundated with slick sales type technicians feeding me all kinds of crazy options and even other jobs like door seals and insulation. I just wanted to get rid of these disgusting insects. Anyway...I was telling another NY friend of mine about this and he gave me the contact to Dean with Suburban in NY. My friend said that although he's not down here in Florida...he's super honest, trustworthy and very experienced. He will cut to the chase and tell you exactly what you need to do and what it should cost about. My friend was right! This guy Dean was great. No slick fast talking nonsense. He was so knowledgable and professional. A total breath of fresh air. He was old school...and I appreciated it. I am now so much more informed thanks to Dean...I will be able to make a better decision on who to go with. Thank you Dean...and if you're up there in NY and have pest and termite issues...call Dean...it's a no brainer!

Jose did a thorough and expert job inside and out- explained everything and made recommendations that were very helpful

Jose Fernandez is my favorite technician. He is always on time, he is always pleasant and very personable, he listens to me and cares about my fears and concerns, he explains things to me, he is very thorough while inspecting and spraying, setting traps and makes sure I’m comfortable before he leaves. I prefer to only have Jose sent to my home unless for some reason he is unavailable then please notify me. I can’t speak highly enough about him. He is great for your company!!!

Adam was exceptional. He discussed process and options. Highly recommend

This is an outstanding company start to finish. They have reliable and effective technicians who know what they are doing (and when you have rats scratching around in your drywall, trust me, you definitely want techs who know their stuff). Alex is a star, and I am so grateful to him for his expertise; the same for my regular tech Adam. Their customer service reps are lovely on every call, and they stick to the days and times that are promised. This company only has pros, and I am so grateful to them for making my home pest-free.

Very happy wth my service

Ryan was very professional and respectful. Knows his stuff and does it well.

Jose was on time, he was well versed, and very thorough with his process to eliminate the yellow jackets.

Our technician arrived on time and called ahead. He carefully inspected 21 stations around the house and 12 around the detached garage. Several were older and needed to be replaced manually. One near the garage showed termite activity and was also replaced. Caesar explained all the work he did to us. Excellent job!

Your representative Ceasar was extremely professional. He extended the courtesy of calling 15 minutes prior to arrival he took his time to survey the traps and to make a very detailed report. He was pleasant, professional, and polite. Thank you.

The technician arrived on time. Before hand, he gave us a courtesy. Call to let us know what time he would be there. He let us know exactly what he was going to do. Once finished, he told us what he completed and what the conditions were.Adam was very polite and friendly and a pleasure to work with.
