Dexter came today to do my service call. He was thorough and took the time to speak to me and let me know everything that is going on. Thankfully, nothing much to report. I am so appreciative and thankful for him, and all the service technicians that I've met so far. I sleep better knowing you are taking care of my issues.

Now if you could find a cure for the lantern fries. YUCK!

I would like to give more than 5 stars if possible to Andrew and Bill.!!! I had bees in my wall in my attic . They went above and beyond to take care of it .!!. They were kind and knew exactly how to solve my problem .! Very professional ! I am so very grateful to be able to trust their expertise !!

Bruce has been serving our house for years. Regular quarterly visits. And with rapid responses when issues are discovered. Like mouse droppings in the basement , yellow jackets in outside siding, ants in the kitchen. If Bruce is not available, Justin comes. Both are exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I’ve been with Surburban for a couple of months now, I previously took a couple of years off. The customer service they provide, is on point and each representative on the other end of the phone, has been a pleasure to speak with. The exterminators who have been to my home are professional, polite and go above and beyond, to fix our bug problems. The 2 exterminators that really stand out are Heather Summer and Breann Talbot. These 2 exterminators are exceptional in the services they provide, have the knowledge to answer my many questions and should be considered an asset to your company! I called customer service today. Spoke with an associate named Deniele from customer relations. She was so kind and caring enough to help me solve my issue with wasps in the ac unit. She then schedule me with same day service with this amazing kind caring technician named James Graves. Who was so polite professional and obliging. The company should be so proud that they have such amazing employees. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. The wasps are gone.

My house was treated for bees. The first attempt did not rectify the complicated infestation. Called costumer service and a new technician visit was scheduled. The technician Jose was so kind, professional and thorough. He observed the activity of the bees to get a good understanding of where the bees were getting into their nest and treated all entry locations. After he treated he observed again snd followed up where necessary. He also reported he would recommend a follow up visit to ensure the problem was rectified. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Thank you for a great job. And please acknowledge Jose for an outstanding job!

Mandy the customer agent was very pleasant and helpful. Brad the technician was very through.

Chris V was great he assisted me in opening and closing an attic entrance way which allowed him spray into the crawlspace. He than proceeded to put down an application around the the house and air conditioning unit while being extremely patient and knowledgeable.

Five stars is not enough for how terrific this company is. And that’s because of the wonderful people that work there. Especially our technician, Bill Zecca. He is an incredible tech…very professional, very caring, very thorough and patient as he carefully achieves a solution to whatever insect problem we are having. We are SO happy with him as our tech! We thank Suburban for hiring Bill, a man who knows how to get the job well done! YAAAAAAAH, Bill!

John Vargas was our technician, I can’t say enough about him, he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely thorough, no nook went unattended. Suburban is lucky to have him, highly recommend!

Our technician, John Vargas, is excellent. He is conscientious, thorough, reliable, professional and courteous. John explained all of the steps he was taking to address (in part, proactively) our issue and was extremely attentive to our concerns and needs (including the need to be somewhat cautious since we have a dog in the house). His recommendations were thoughtful and extremely helpful. John is very knowledgeable and is a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend John for any exterminating job.

John Vargas was our exterminator technician. I can’t say enough about him. Meticulous; professional; knowledgeable. He immediately found the source of our problem and tackled it with complete determination. He went above and beyond by checking every nook and cranny, there was no spot that went untouched, inside and out of our home. I highly recommend him.

I recently had a consultation with Matthew at my home, and I’m very pleased. His experience and vast knowledge made me comfortable in knowing that Suburban could handle all of my exterminating needs, so I decided to sign a contract with them. Matthew was very easy to work with, and I highly recommend him and Suburban.

Matthew was on time and extremely friendly and professional. We all felt so comfortable with him and he answered all of our many questions in detail. I actually told our executive team how amazing he was. I actually hung up on another company right before I called Suburban because of how rude they were. We are extremely happy that Matthew is our representative. It’s so nice to know there is still a company that believes in great customer service!!!

Had initial appointment with inspection of problem area. Professional, courteous and clear on services to be provided. I would recommend! Hired them to take care of the current problem and any possible future issues.

A technician by the first name Lucas called 30 minutes before arriving. His eta and his findings were on the money. He called and worked with several other technicians. They all worked together as a team to resolve my bug issues. Lucas was a true professional and showed true concern and a quick resolution. He was very respectful of my home as well. Thanks again Lucas and team, I would use Suburban again and would highly recommend to family and friends. THANKS AGAIN.
