Over the years, I have consistently found Suburban to be a highly reliable and a professional company. I would like to give a strong recognition to Jose who has serviced my property for quite awhile. Jose is professional, reliable and knowledgeable and to have an employee that works for Suburban that has those qualities is a positive for your company. I feel it is very important for the corporate side to realize that in order for you to have a company like this you need employees like Jose to represent you in a positive way.

Kevin Harvey came to our house to inspect the attic for possible rodents. He was outstanding in every respect: polite, very knowledgeable, persistent (managed his way around our attic with very little room to move due to vaulted ceilings), thorough and friendly. He showed me pictures of the area of concern which went a long way in alleviating my worry that we had mice. I would highly recommend him and will definitely continue to call Suburban for any exterminating needs that arise. BTW there was no charge for the thorough inspection and outstanding service!

I have been a Suburban customer for many years and have always found them to be professional, reliable and helpful, easy to reach and to deal with. Recently I found a dead possum in my yard and when I called to ask if they remove dead wildlife I reached Mandi C. She was friendly and sympathetic to my situation. We discussed the cost and she said she would call me right back—which she did, to tell me that she had received approval to tell me that they remove the possum as a courtesy because I was such a long-time customer, and they could dispatch a technician later that afternoon. The tech, Bruce Knapp, called when he was on his way, already had all the information he needed, and arrived and took care of the problem quickly, neatly, and efficiently. I want to thank both of these employees and commend them on their professionalism and kindness. They were truly a pleasure to deal with! As an older person dependent on Social Security, I am also very grateful to Suburban for helping me out this way. Thank you all!

We switched from Scientific and are happy we did. Glenn’s professionalism and many years in the industry were obvious when he did our home inspection and placement of treatment stations.
We are on Matt’s route and he is always courteous, professional and on time .

During inspecting all the stations, technician found some bait was in progress but not fully eaten, he never replaced , that was strange to me, some of the station replaced bait.

I would like to commend Danielle for her help. Danielle is efficient and extremely helpful. Sincerely an asset to suburban exterminating

Jose Colon is amazing!!! His arrival time is so fast! He is a true professional who takes the time to explain the problem & treatment plan. He always has a great smile & he is so sweet & very knowledgeable! You need to clone him! Suburban Exterminating is lucky to have this technician as part of their staff. I’ve been a customer with suburban for six years now. We have had an incredible experience - first with Brad and now with Dexter. Dexter is the most amazing human being - so kind and deals with my anxiety about creepy crawlers. He is professional and helpful and always prompt. The front office moves mountains to get me in same day when I call and I’m so appreciative. Will continue to be a client for a long time

John Lepak was great!, Very knowledgeable. Came on time, suggested what I needed to get my problem fixed. Will definitely recommend him, to anyone that needs exterminating to be done at there homes.

Every company should be like this company and have a staff like this company….I’ve been using Surburban for many years and I’ve been extremely happy with everyone that comes to the home to work with me… Especially Anthony. Anthony is very informative. He came to me for the first time today he is exceptional very pleasant, very personable and did an incredible job.… My mom at the age of 97 had a tremendous problem last week at her house that rattled her to the core… Kevin came out and assessed the situation. We signed a contract two days later. A man by the name of “JULIUS” came to help Mom And assess the problem. He was absolutely the most devoted incredible worker I have seen in a very long time… Julius was so pleasant. He was so reassuring. I have been using this company for almost a year now and Have worked with quite a few techs. I must say Chris F is absolutely The Best! He is extremely thorough in all that he does and although I had several different techs come and go he was the only one that came and found points of access that no one else was able to find and what surprised me more was he found these things in the dark! He also communicated very clearly and made me feel like not only does he care about the work he does but that he will make sure the job gets done properly.His customer service for sure is a 20 out of 10!!! I highly recommend him if he’s in your area.
