Every one I worked with was knowledgeable and conscientious. They took care to make sure customer was comfortable with the service they were providing. They were on time, hard working and answered any and all questions. Telephone support staff always tried to accommodate your schedule.

The technician that came to my house was great and respectful. However, when I had to speak to somebody in the billing department, I will not mention names, it seemed like I was bothering her. I spoke with her the day before, then I had a few more questions the next day just to clarify her answers to my questions . I can hear that I was disturbing her, because every time I asked her a question she was huffing. Not good customer service. Especially, when you're a customer for 30 years.

Technician came to the door to let me know that he would be checking all the termite bates. He was very knowledgeable regarding termite infestation. He answered all of my questions.

My service inspection and rodent inspection was done by Jamie. He should get a six star rating! He is thorough, professional, respectful always taking the time to explain everything and never talking down to anyone. He’s a pleasant, hard-working, young man and I highly highly recommend him for his knowledge and his demeanor.

Your corporate communications have been extremely poor. I had to call for paper work way after paying and the installation of the pods.
