Just got off the phone with Mandi C the customer service rep who was able to fit me in for service this Saturday August 1st 2026. She was very polite and very professional over the phone. I appreciated everything she was able to do for me. As always, this company always aims to please their customers with all of their pest control needs. Mandi reinforced that today..Love their service. I've had a service agreement with this business for over 15 years... I highly recommend their pest control services..The technician Matt who came to spray our house both on May 30th and on June 5th is absolutely wonderful. He's very professional and he listened. He got the job done and addressed all of our pest control concerns. It's nice to have a technician who gets the job done and actually invests the time in customer concerns. I look forward to having this technician back to service our house again in the near future.

Jose does a thorough job on each visit. He takes the time to explain exactly what is going on in each situation. He doesn’t rush through the appointment and he he is very accommodating in making time when he know we are having a pest situation. I like the fact that I have the same person coming back to the house each time and he knows the problems we’ve been dealing with.

Suburban have been servicing our home for years. Always available when needed and schedule follow ups to ensure any issues are resolved. Jose is an exceptional tech. Very thorough and knowledgeable.

What an amazing experience. We had a follow up for an underground bee hive and Ryan K came to check it out. He said while he was here is there anything else we need. He saw our shed and asked to take a look and thank goodness he did. We had a major infestation that we didn’t even know about. He took everything out, sprayed it down. Helped clean everything up. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. The best!!!

Juliette is a pleasure to deal with (she didn’t even get flustered when this ole retired Sergeant use my authoritative tone when she accidentally stepped on a new seeded grass area (my bad for not informing her before). We both laughed it off. She is well versed in her job and very observant. She was here to check on traps, but as she was leaving noticed wasps going into the siding (good catch). Kudos !!!

Over the years, I have consistently found Suburban to be a highly reliable and a professional company. I would like to give a strong recognition to Jose who has serviced my property for quite awhile. Jose is professional, reliable and knowledgeable and to have an employee that works for Suburban that has those qualities is a positive for your company. I feel it is very important for the corporate side to realize that in order for you to have a company like this you need employees like Jose to represent you in a positive way.

Surburban has been very responsive to my concerns over termites and ants. They conducted a very thorough assessment of the problem and the next day installed the termite and ant baiting systems. The Sales Rep John and the techs Glenn, Gio and Chris (and I think one other) were all very professional and explained the nature of the pests and remedial strategies they used.Chris has come by several times to deal with the ant situation we’ve have had. He is very thorough and explains the process and the type of product applied.

I have used Suburban and recommended them to many people. Our service advisor, Adam has been outstanding. He comes early, as we requested, calls ahead and is professional and very kind to work with. I highly recommend Suburban and especially working with Adam!!

Jose is the absolute best technician that I have ever had servicing my home! He is very professional, friendly, thorough & truly cares about his work. He came bc of an infestation of bees & he wouldn’t stop investigating until he found the location of the hive. I request that Jose is the only tech that is sent to my home. Suburban exterminating is very lucky having him on their staff. He is wonderful!
