What are the signs of House Flies?

As their name suggests, house flies are a very common sight found in homes all across the U.S and throughout most of the world as well. They usually enter homes and other buildings through any small opening that they can find while searching for sources of food and water.

House flies lay their eggs on any moist warm food source that they can find; common things that house flies breed and feed on include garbage, animal feces, sewer materials, compost, and other organic materials. House flies can only ingest liquids and not solid foods; so, in order to eat, they regurgitate their saliva onto the food to break it down into a liquid. They then suck up the liquid with their specialized mouthparts.
