Repairing Flood Water Damage
Our biggest project to date – we removed and repaired baseboards, sheetrock, drywall and insulation from over 10,000 square feet. Offices, hallways and even ceilings contained mold. All moldy wallboard, insulation, carpeting and paneling were removed. We used air handling devices and commercial dehumidifiers to completely dry out the area. Then, we replaced the sheet rock, insulation and painted. Good as new!
How Bad was the Mold?
One flood caused all this damage. The flood occurred before hurricane Sandy. DNA-based mold testing was conducted pre and post water remediation. Suburban makes sure that all mold removal work is successful!
