Variety of insects laid out on a flat white surface

Children across Long Island have seen Suburban Exterminating’s children’s library program, Future Scientists: Learn What It Takes to Become an Entomologist. This summer, the fun continues with shows in Smithtown, Hauppauge, Dix Hills and Southampton.  Children will get up close and personal with Madagascar hissing roaches, a tarantula, scorpion and other animals.Since 2011, our free library show is another way in which Suburban Exterminating gives back to the Long Island community. Other Suburban Cares programs include sponsoring highway signs which help to keep Long Island roads clean, cancer awareness programs, food and book drives. Suburban Exterminating is also the proud sponsor of the Bugs Exhibit at the Long Island aquarium.Suburban Exterminating looks forward to meeting the children, their parents and the librarians! The free library program runs for 45 minutes to an hour for Grades 3 – 5. Come and join the buggy fun!
