Suburban Exterminating created the Perimeter Protection for Long Island customers after research showed that 95% of pest problems originate from the exterior. Thorough inspections are executed before any product is applied and preventative recommendations are followed by interior and exterior treatments. Quarterly exterior treatments are then performed our goal is to address any outside problems before they become a problem on the inside. This residential service incorporates a convenient scheduling process and more value-added services not included in most regular pest control programs.

- - Exterior rodent control with 4 tamper resistant bait stations maintained.
- - As needed interior treatments at no charge.
- - Perimeter Ant applications twice a year within 10 feet of foundation(complete lawn treatments available)
- - Caulking and minor pest exclusion (squirrel and rodent exclusion available)
