Raccoons
Raccoons

Raccoon’s that are active or living in or around the home will leave urine and fecal matter that can pose a health hazard as well as odors that remain persistent for long periods of time.
Raccoon den’s can be in attics, crawl spaces or under decks; it can also be in a wall, a chimney, or a soffit, or around the home in the yard or even in a hole in the ground.
These living areas will have a build up of feces and present a hazard to the occupants of the home until they are removed. Care should be taken when working in such areas and our technicians use respirators to protect them from bacteria and other germs that are present.
Below are some examples of Raccoon damage from customers we have helped.
Our trained wildlife professionals can assist homeowners in removing these hazardous materials. We will prepare the paperwork for your insurance company and then handle the removal and re-insulating the affected space.
